What is SPOTTR?
SPOTTR is a setup and personalization service. We learn how your life works, then configure Instinct around it.
What is Instinct?
Instinct is an invite-only AI assistant that talks with you mainly through Messages. It's the assistant you'll actually be texting. SPOTTR gets you access and sets it up.
Is SPOTTR the AI?
No. Instinct provides the underlying assistant technology. SPOTTR provides onboarding, configuration and personalization.
Is there a monthly fee?
SPOTTR charges $39 one time for the setup described on this page. There's no monthly SPOTTR subscription. Instinct's own pricing is set by Instinct.
Can I get a refund?
No. SPOTTR is a one-time digital setup that starts delivering the moment you pay, so all sales are final. If something goes wrong with your access or your invite code, contact us and we'll get you in.
Does it work for couples?
Yes. SPOTTR creates two separate personalized setups for two adults in the same household, included in the same $39.
Does it work for business owners?
Yes. Choose "Me + my business" and the setup covers the business as well as your life: leads and quotes, the job schedule against home commitments, invoices, supplies, renewals and tax deadlines. Same $39, one setup, one invite.
Do we share one assistant?
No. Each adult gets their own assistant and setup. You choose what, if anything, gets coordinated between them.
Does SPOTTR get my passwords?
No. SPOTTR never collects logins for other services. Supported connections are handled through Instinct's own secure connection process.
Why does my assistant sign in to SPOTTR?
Your setup lives on a private SPOTTR page. You give your assistant your SPOTTR login through Instinct's secure Vault, and it signs in to read how your life works. Use a password just for SPOTTR.
Can it buy things for me?
That depends on the connections Instinct supports and the permissions you choose. SPOTTR sets up your preferences, including requiring your approval before any purchase.
What if Instinct doesn't support something?
We don't pretend it does. SPOTTR configures the capabilities that are actually available to you.
What if my life changes?
We're exploring a SPOTTR Refresh that would let you rebuild your setup as things change. It isn't available yet — if it launches, we'll let you know.
